“I am writing to acknowledge the outstanding job you did in supporting the school in developing our reputation and engagement plan. Although you completed this work some time ago, I continually see evidence of your suggested approaches in action. Recently, we shared the work we have been carrying out with our governing body. It was clear that the school has made great strides in developing its reputation through higher levels of community engagement. Furthermore, there are some initiatives within the school which have differentiated us from other competitors within the city. The most noteworthy aspect to all of this work is the way in which the individuals leading these initiatives have been empowered to do so. Furthermore, the initiatives we have launched have not only helped develop the school’s reputation but more importantly, they have strengthened and enhanced the school’s culture and community.
